# Bosnia Guide

> Bosnia Guide (bosnia.guide) is a tourism website for Bosnia and Herzegovina. It has an interactive map of places (restaurants, accommodation, attractions, monuments, religious sites, outdoor activities, local producers), 360° panoramas, short videos, tours run by local tour operators, local events and restaurant menus. Every place, tour, event, panorama and video has its own page with a stable canonical URL.

The site is available in six languages: Bosnian (bs), English (en), German (de), Italian (it), French (fr) and Czech (cs). Bosnian pages use the bare path. The other languages add a language code: site pages put it first (https://bosnia.guide/de, https://bosnia.guide/de/privacy), while the map, tours, events and menu sections put it after the section name (https://bosnia.guide/map/de, https://bosnia.guide/tours/de/{slug}). The URL decides the language of the page.

Descriptions are written in Bosnian and translated where a translation exists. Image URLs in the data files point to https://bosnia.guide/storage/..., which redirects to the image CDN. Coordinates are WGS84 decimal degrees. Tour and event prices are in EUR; restaurant menus show prices in BAM (convertible mark, fixed rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BAM).

Add `?lang=bs|en|de|it|fr|cs` (default `en`) to get summaries in that language (Bosnian where no translation exists). Public, no authentication, CORS `*`, cached for one hour, 100 requests per 15 minutes per IP.
