The fortress 'Castrum Hiesera' is located on a hill called Jezerski Grad, in the small picturesque place of Jezerski, just about twenty minutes drive from Bosanska Krupa towards Cazin. The Jezerski fortress dates back to the Middle Ages and is declared a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Together with the 'Pset' fortress, it is among the oldest preserved medieval fortresses in the area of the city of Bosanska Krupa.
