Veis Kula Livno
Veis Tower, also known as the Great Tower, is one of the most significant remnants of the old fortified town of Livno and the most famous among the Livno towers. Located above the Bistrica River and the old part of the town, this stone tower bears witness to the time when Livno played an important strategic role on the border of different empires. It was built in the 17th century during the reconstruction and strengthening of the city walls under Ottoman rule.
