The Old Town of Velika Kladuša – a symbol of the city and one of the most significant traces of the medieval past of the Bosanska Krajina. Located on a hill above Graborska, this historical fortress has watched over the region for centuries and witnessed the change of various authorities and times. It is first mentioned in 1280, and its ramparts and stone towers still preserve the story of the turbulent past of Velika Kladuša.
